00:53For instance, garbage truck driver Lim, who is in his 70s, said he was particularly frustrated

00:59about the diesel subsidy mechanism, which was difficult for him to understand.

01:04Voters are also upset over the water tariff increases, despite the announced rebates,

01:08with one local farmer saying it was another blow to their already tight budgets.
