00:29Tottenham star Destiny Odogi and Newcastle's in-form striker Alexander Isak are also on the list after strong displays in the English top tier.
00:37The eight nominees all qualify as they were 23 or younger at the start of the season.
00:42The winner will be decided by combining a public vote ending on May 13th and a decision by a football experts panel.
00:49The winner will be announced on May 18th.
