00:07 There's a five meter deep and ten meter wide crater in the ground.

00:11 And according to the information we have so far, there's at least one dead and eight injured.

00:18 And Iraqi authorities, they say there were no planes in the air at the time of the strike.

00:24 And this explosion, it took place at a base where the army is stationed, the Iraqi army,

00:29 but also forces belonging to the Popular Mobilization Forces.

00:33 And this is a coalition of armed groups formed to fight ISIS initially,
