00:00 So when we asked the Kinnet Farm what we can cook on their farm when we arrive,

00:05 one of their list was "patola".

00:08 So for me, it's normal.

00:11 I didn't consider it. I made other options.

00:16 I looked for other vegetables.

00:18 But Sir Gerald didn't say that "patola" are like this.

00:25 So this is the first time I've seen the "lakan" variety.

00:30 The one with the big pumpkin.

00:33 And interestingly, Sir Gerald said that it's very meaty.

00:38 So we won't let that chance pass.

00:41 We'll try to make something very simple.

00:44 And of course, a dish we all know, "Kinisang Biswa at Patola".

00:51 Let's add some oil to our pan.

00:53 And then, I'll add the tomatoes.
