So when we asked the Kinnet Farm what we can cook on their farm when we arrive,

one of their list was "patola".

So for me, it's normal.

I didn't consider it. I made other options.

I looked for other vegetables.

But Sir Gerald didn't say that "patola" are like this.

So this is the first time I've seen the "lakan" variety.

And interestingly, Sir Gerald said that it's very meaty.

So we won't let that chance pass.

We'll try to make something very simple.

And of course, a dish we all know, "Kinisang Biswa at Patola".
