00:13 Transport Minister Lok Siu Fook said any decision about forming a consortium to own and run
00:19 airport operator Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad will be made by Kazanah National Berhad.
00:26 Kazanah is the largest shareholder of MAHB with a 32.67% stake while EPF has a 7.06%
00:35 equity interest in the airport operator.
00:38 The Edge recently reported that Kazanah, EPF and American private equity firm Global Infrastructure
00:43 Partners were understood to be forming a consortium to own and operate MAHB.
00:49 MAHB currently manages 39 airports across Malaysia as well as one international airport
