we'll just make a quick beef con ampalaya.

First thing is, we have our beef meat here.

So what we'll do, we've demonstrated this in the past,

if you want to make your beef extra tender,

you can make a technique we call "velveting".

So basically, we have our thinly sliced beef meat,

we'll just add some baking soda.

So more or less, for every half a kilo,

you'll use about half a teaspoon.

And we'll just season this with some oyster sauce.

After our oyster sauce, a little bit of soy sauce.
