Just like the fresh salmon that Yuling and I bought from the farmer's market,

we also caught fresh tilapia from the fish pond of Bukid Amara.

It's perfect for the easy preparation for their trainees.

we ate a jumping salad and other fillings from their pond.

This time, we'll try tilapia from Manila.

Let's make Tilapia Curry!

We'll prepare the aromatics.

Let's slice the onion and tomato.
