Aired (September 24, 2023): Chef JR Royol prepares an appetizer plate with cucumbers, tofu, eggs, sweet potatoes, and more,  accompanied by a sauce made from peanut and coconut milk.

00:00 While we're relaxing and cooking, we're finishing up our protein.

00:04 We have lamb, chicken, and turkey from their farm.

00:08 And of course, our vegetables.

00:11 So, our main sauce is the garlic.

00:15 We'll just roast it.

00:17 Or we'll fry it in oil.

00:19 In another pot, we'll boil our sweet potatoes.

00:46 While we're waiting for it to boil, we'll chop the cucumber.

01:13 We'll get the chicken and fry it with the almeres.

01:42 For the sauce, we'll use coconut milk, crushed peanuts, oyster sauce, and pepper.

02:10 We'll wait for it to thicken, then we can set it aside.

02:32 We'll also fry other delicious additions to our budol five.
