You will see that their delicate flavors will bring a touch of freshness and delicacy to your aperitif! And don't forget the vegetable sticks or pita bread to accompany your hummus ;-)
Ingredients: - 9 oz cooked chickpeas - 1 garlic clove - 1 candied lemon - 1 big Tbsp tahini - 3 Tbsp olive oil - 1 tsp curry powder - Salt - Pepper - 1/2 lemon juice
