Ingredients:
Baked sweet potatoes:
- 3 large sweet potatoes
- 1 lemon
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp herbs de Provence
- 1 tsp chili powder

Skyr sauce:
- 9 oz Skyr
- 1 lemon (juice)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 5 g fresh chives, chopped
