Today we offer you a recipe for baked potatoes in the shape of spirals, which will go perfectly with meat and fish. To have this pretty shape, nothing could be simpler, no need for a machine, just a wooden stick and a very sharp knife! We chose to bake them in the oven for a crispy result on the outside and soft on the inside :-)
