Typically, you consume them raw, often accompanied by lemon, vinegar, and/or salted butter. Now, try the oysters au gratin! Here we offer a filling made with white wine, shallots, fresh cream, and grated cheese. This is a great opportunity to make your oysters slightly crunchy after a stint in the oven ;-)

Ingredients:
- 6 oysters
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 shallot
- 3/4 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons thick cream
- 45 grams grated cheese
