Cut your Emmental cheese into sticks, make a dough, and use it to wrap the cheese pieces. After a quick fry, you'll have a gooey inside and a crunchy outside... :-) If you don't have a deep fryer, you can always fry your sticks in a pan. And if you're short on time, you can replace the dough with store-bought pizza dough ;-)
