Go straight to the South West of France to taste this incredible salad, so full of good food that it is a meal as itself!

Ingredients:
- mesclun mix
- 5 oz corn
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 shallot
- 1.5 oz pine nuts
- 12 asparagus tips
- 3 oz duck prosciutto
- 3.5 oz corned duck gizzards
- 4 slices of foie gras
