00:06 or what we know as the "Hanging Amian,"

00:09 particularly here in the northern and central Luzon.

00:12 This will bring the possibility of isolated or weak rains,

00:20 While you can see the sheer line,

00:23 it will bring the cloudy sky,

00:25 where there are rains in a large part of the Bicol region,

00:27 including Aurora, Quezon, and this part of Northern Samar.

00:57 is high, possibly today or tomorrow.

06:12 In Metro Cebu, it will be between 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.

06:15 While in Metro Davao, it will be between 24 to 32 degrees Celsius.
