00:15 It is a beacon of life and when you come

00:18 and look at all the people who stayed in there

00:21 who have been treated and still are being treated,

00:24 you will see the value it has to the local community

00:27 and beyond.

00:29 We don't have any nursing homes in our area.

00:32 Even our care homes are very few in number these days

00:36 and it is imperative that we look and take care

00:40 of the vulnerable, the frail and the elderly

00:44 and that is why we are here today to support them.

00:47 The very people who use the health service provision the most

00:51 but the very people who have the weakest voices.
