00:00 Do artists like Madonna and Oasis still have it? Would you go and see them if they did
00:06 come back tours?
00:07 Yes, I would. Yes, definitely would. Yes.
00:10 Is there like a particular artist that you would love to see kind of come back and do
00:14 a tour?
00:15 No, no, no, there isn't. But once the stadium's built in Bristol, it'd be easier to see some
00:21 of the bigger bands.
00:22 I would certainly go and see Madonna. Just out of curiosity. I was a big fan of her earlier
00:27 work, not so much her recent work. Oasis, I loathe with a passion. Never a fan. They
00:35 were out at a time when it was a kind of lad rock and that was kind of the antithesis of
00:40 everything that I liked at the time. So no, not even if we were giving tickets away for
00:45 Oasis would I go and see them.
00:46 Well, if Mick Jagger can do it at his age, then surely she can as well, you know. I think
00:53 for someone like her who's been doing it for as long as she has, that passion and that
01:02 desire to perform, I don't think it ever goes away no matter how old you are. There's loads
01:08 of greats, Bob Dylan, Keith Richards, Mick Jagger, they're all, they can do it. I have
01:14 a feeling they might like die on the stage. They're going to do it forever.
01:18 I love Oasis. I'd definitely see them any time of the day. Madonna, I've never been
01:22 a big fan but I was watching her on the news this morning, she's like 65 or something.
01:26 If she's still got it, let her do it. You know what I mean? But I thought Spice Girls,
01:30 I'm from the 90s, so I like Spice Girls, Busted, stuff like that. They all need to come back,
01:34 all 90s stuff.
01:35 Well, some have and some haven't, which I think, oh, I think they should retire because
01:40 I'm 80 myself and I think when I see, oh, goodness me, the outfits, but really they
01:45 are doing well.
01:47 I did watch Elton John at Glastonbury and I keep watching the last ten minutes when
01:53 he sang Rocketman. It's on BBC iPlayer. I just cannot stop watching it every night.
01:59 I mean, he is a legend and it's one of the most beautiful moments I've ever seen in my
02:05 life.
02:06 Actually, when I was a kid, I went to see Madonna because we share a birthday and I
02:11 remember being really tired and pretty much like staying for the first two songs and then
02:15 we decided to leave. But as of that, I don't really know any old, too many of the older
02:20 early 2000s artists, unless it's R&B.
02:24 She's probably done everything already. She should be, you know, happily retiring and,
02:29 you know, taking it easy. But look, she keeps going. So I think it's uplifting, you know,
02:33 it's energizing and I think it's cool.
02:36 So I want a hundred percent, like, for example, Lady Gaga. Like, she's one of my favorites.
02:41 Like I always like listen to her. I would like a hundred percent go to like one of her
02:46 concerts.
02:47 Do you know what? I'm going to really show my age here and say 10cc. I loved 10cc. All
02:53 that era, Genesis and Yes and that type of thing. But yeah, anyone from back there to
03:01 remind me of my misspent youth.
