00:05 - So our new store is located in Pudsey in Leeds.

00:08 - And how long have you been here?

00:09 - We've only been open a week,

00:11 but we've actually been trading for over 40 years

00:13 across Yorkshire, Humber, and Derbyshire.

00:16 - What sort of products do you sell here?

00:18 - So we are a wholesale trade-only supplier,

00:20 and we sell everything that the salon,

00:23 mobile therapist would need.

00:24 So hair, beauty, nails, tanning, waxing,

00:27 everything you can think of that your clients

00:29 would want in your salon.

00:31 - And you also offer a few extra things here.

00:33 - We do, we've also got a training academy on site.

00:35 We have our own educators that teach our own courses.

00:39 - So what sort of items are special here to you?

00:42 - Yeah, so we've got two of our main own brands,

00:44 hair brands, that we stock in the store.

00:46 So that's Elgon and ASP, and if you come to look at those,

00:49 then we'll be able to give you all the information

00:51 you'd need to be able to get those into your salon.

00:54 - But this is really a wholesale place, rather.

00:55 - Yeah, wholesale only, yes.

00:58 - Okay, and what about the website, you're on the website?

01:08 We offer next day delivery over 60 pounds for free.

01:11 - Yeah, so you're in our in-house training academy here.

01:14 We hold an array of courses that have been developed

01:16 by our very own educators.

01:18 And you can come and do anything

01:20 from multi-method hair extensions,

01:22 all the way down to lash lifts, brow lamination,

01:25 waxing, facial, and lots of holistic courses as well.

01:29 - How would you get on a course?

01:30 - So you can come into the store,

01:32 and we'll talk you through all of that,

01:33 or you can book via our website as well,

01:35 and you get all the information sent over to you.

01:37 - But to come on a course, do you need to be,

01:40 can you just be somebody from home,

01:41 or do you need to be part of a salon?

01:43 - Yep, so most of our beauty courses

01:45 are all for beginners only.

01:48 Some of our hair courses do require prerequisites,

01:50 so that we can talk you through all of that

01:52 when you come in and talk to us.

01:54 So when selecting your client's hair,

01:56 you'll use this as your color guide.

01:58 Each selection of the color,

01:59 you would hold by the client's head at the top,

02:02 but you would go to the top section of hair,

02:04 holding each up until you get the closest match,

02:06 and at that point, you can identify

02:08 whether you're gonna need mixed,

02:09 or if it's just pink,

02:11 and if you have to have a root stretch.
