00:15 Two days after the alleged holdup of this group in a restaurant in Imus, Cavite,

00:25 the Imus Police conducted a different operation.

00:33 The vloggers pretended to be a few people in this fishbowl stand to verify the identity of the target.

00:41 When they confirmed that he is the suspect, they immediately arrested 34-year-old Melgian Rutacchio.

00:48 Rutacchio is said to be one of the six CCTVs that were captured by the victim to the customers of that restaurant

00:54 in Aguinaldo Highway in Barangay Anabu, Wandi, Imus.

00:59 The suspects seized money, cellphones and other items from the victim inside the restaurant.

01:04 One of the suspects was warned that a victim might be shot.

01:09 According to the Imus Police, Rutacchio is the man wearing a black T-shirt and shorts with a special token on his groin.

01:16 He also said that if he noticed that he didn't get the items he was supposed to get, he was the last one to get the items.

01:28 The CCTV footage of the motorcycle's u-turn was the key to Rutacchio's arrest.

01:34 It was traced to the LTO where the motorcycle is registered.

01:38 According to Cavite Police, the man wearing black and white stripes is the group's leader

01:44 who was also involved in other cases.

01:46 That leader has a previous case in Manila where he was caught carrying a gun and he was also seized.

01:56 According to our GPNP and our regional director, we will investigate this case and we hope that we will not stop until we identify all the names involved in this case.
