01:37Heto ang ilang warm-up exercises na pwedeng subukan.
01:41Arm reach with the side bend.
01:43Arms wigs.
01:46Hamstring stretch.
01:50As early as the stretches, minimimic na nila yung running technique.
01:56So mas nagiging specific yung mga warm-up nila for actual running.
02:02World's greatest stretch.
02:05Pwede rin mag-quad stretch.

02:45Pero sa kaso ni Kim na nahimatay, baka raw may iba pang rason.
02:49Possible din na kulang yung muscles niya ng oxygen.
02:53Also possible na may medical side na hindi natin nakikita.
02:59Payo ni coach, bago magsimula ng exercises, magpasuri muna sa doktor kung may medical history.
