Chicken Kofta Ingredients - For Spice Mix: 2 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Cumin Seeds ¼ tsp Cardamom & Cloves (crushed) 1 tsp Garlic (chopped) ½ cup Onion (chopped) ¼ tsp Cinnamon Powder ½ tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp Kitchen King Masala 1 tsp Homemade Meat Masala 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
For Curd Mix: ½ tsp Turmeric Powder ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder 3 tbsp Curd 4 cubes of Butter
For Butter Gravy (base): 3 tbsp Ghee 2 Bay Leaves 2 Green Cardamom Pods 3 Cloves ½ cup Onion (sliced) 7 Garlic Cloves (chopped) 1 tbsp Ginger (sliced) 2 Green Chillies (sliced) 1 Dry Kashmiri Red Chilli (deseeded) 18 pcs Cashew Nuts (broken) ½ cup Tomato (chopped) 1 tsp Deggi Chilli Powder Salt (as required) Water (as required) 2 tsp Honey 1 tsp Kewra Water
For Chicken Kofta: 250 gms Chicken Mince 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder Salt (as required) 2 tbsp Chickpea Flour (roasted) 2 tsp Oil 2 tbsp Bread Crumbs
For Gravy Preparation: 2 tbsp Butter (melted) ½ cup Onion (chopped) ¼ cup Tomato (chopped) ½ tsp Deggi Chilli Powder Water (as required) 2 tbsp Fresh Cream ½ cup Dried Fenugreek Leaves (crushed)
