William Branham Explains Selling Revival Merchandise

  • last year
William Branham was firmly against selling merchandise at the revival meetings, just as Jesus was against the money changers in the temples. Except for the times when Branham decided to sell the tapes. Still, it was wrong for him to sell them, and the solution was simple: let others do the selling!

Then on the other hand, if they aren't selling enough, maybe it is ok to advertise the sellers! But Branham wasn't a tape salesman -- he was a book salesman at forty percent wholesale prices! Then again, with the worldwide tape business, maybe he was a tape salesman. But not when the tape had recorded the divine revelations -- those tapes were NOT for sale! The solution? Add a switch to cut out the revelations and sell them!
