Former Social Welfare secretary Erwin Tulfo still wants a job in public service if he were to return to the government. Tulfo was responding to a query from The Manila Times in this interview on Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2023, barely a month after he stepped down as head of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) because he did not get the nod of the Commission on Appointments (CA).
