May Huli Ka launched  Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman Don Artes launched the agency’s “May Huli Ka” system for the No Contact Apprehension Policy on Monday, June 16, 2025, at the MMDA Head Office in Pasig City. The system allows motorists to check online if they have committed any traffic violations. Philippine National Police chief Gen. Nicolas Torre III also demonstrated the rapid response capabilities of law enforcement using the MMDA’s Closed-Circuit Television cameras for crime monitoring and prevention during the event.
