00:00The EDSA project, to fix EDSA, this is not a re-blocking project. This is a complete overhaul of the EDSA from Pasay all the way to Oaxaca.

00:30The last time EDSA was fixed like this was almost 50 years ago.

00:39This is a huge project.

00:46We are actually very, very excited about doing this and we commend DPWH under the leadership of Secretary Manny Bonoan.

01:00...Pamahalang Nasional, Pamahalang Lokal, participation of all the people in the construction of this project.

01:12Admittedly, we admit that it will have an effect on the heavy traffic.

01:22Again, check please, before we start with the questions.

01:26So, we will wait for the final plan in the next couple of days.

01:33But rest assured, we are sorry that we cannot tell you.

01:41Because this is really being planned carefully, this will not be a joke.

01:46This project is not a joke.

01:48That's why we need to plan it correctly and carefully.

01:53Our focus is to minimize the impact on our motorists and commuters.

02:04We will prioritize our commuters, our motorists.

02:16On behalf of the Metro Manila mayors, we heard the explanation of Secretary Vins and the Chairman Artes here at LMDA.

02:32Not only to explain to our fellow citizens here in Metro Manila,

02:38but also to recommend additional policies that we can suggest to them.

02:46So that we can help to ease up all the problems that we are facing while doing and rehabilitating this accident.

02:59We can see that this is a very good intention and a very good project by our President, Bongbong Marcos.

03:07And I appeal to everyone in Metro Manila, including those who are here,

03:14let's help each other and prepare ourselves.

03:18Because despite our efforts, this will be a very good project.
