New PNP chief to enforce 5-minute response policy for police officers in Metro Manila

Gen. Nicolas Torre 3rd, Philippine National Police chief, vows on Wednesday to implement a five-minute response policy for police officers in Metro Manila, with response time to be shortened to three minutes after three months.
