Recipe of traditional German hot appetizer is fried champignons with garlic sauce. Very tasty and always a right thing.
✅ Ingredients: • champignons – 21 oz /600 g • bulb onion – 4 oz /100 g • butter – 3,5 oz /100 g • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp • italian seasoning blend – 1 tbsp • smoked sweet paprika – 1 tsp • salt – ½ tsp • ground black pepper – 1 tsp Sauce: • sour cream – 7 oz /180 g • mayonnaise – 2 tbsp • salt – ½ tsp • garlic – 3 cloves • italian seasoning blend – 1 tbsp

Preparation: 1. Cut stalks off the mushrooms and dice the bulb onion finely. 2. Heat a pan, add the vegetable oil and lay out the mushrooms, fry for 10 minutes over low heat stirring occasionally. 3. Add the italian seasoning, smoked paprika, ½ tsp of salt, black pepper and bulb onion, keep frying for 4 minutes over medium heat. 4. In a deep bowl add the sour cream, mayonnaise, ½ tsp of salt, chopped up garlic and italian blend, stir and leave to brew while the mushrooms frying. 5. Add the butter into the pan and keep frying for another 5 minutes stirring. 6. Serve your fried mushrooms hot with the garlic sauce.
