Birmingham headlines 9 November: Police hunt brother of murder victim

Police are searching for the brother of the the man stabbed to death in Small Heath on Monday. Clifton Waite was discovered with knife wounds at a house of Waverley Road. Police have released a picture of 59 year old Lenville Waite who is the prime murder suspect.

Two terror suspects are due in court after being charged with engaging in conduct in preparation for terrorism. They were arrested on November 2nd by Counter Terrorism Police. There has been an increase in terrorism related activity in the UK, with 11% more arrests in the 12 month period to June this year.

Comic Con will be in Birmingham this weekend. Taking place at the NEC, it will bring fans of pop culture, cosplay, anime and more will celebrate their cultures together with likeminded people. Special guests will include the likes of David Bradley and Ron Perlman.
