Datuk Seri Najib Razak claimed his right to life, liberty and a fair hearing was at stake after the Federal Court on Thursday (Aug 18) rejected his lead counsel Hisyam Teh Poh Teik's application for time to prepare his submissions for their defence in the former premier's final appeal against his conviction in the SRC International case.
