00:08We have a 5-4 consensus for you, Dr. Sri.
00:10Because we know that we have been in the past year
00:12in 2012 and in 2011.
00:14So, we have no more 5-4 consensus.

00:26All countries in ASEAN,
00:30all countries in dialogue partners,
00:32sectoral dialogue partners,
00:34say that Myanmar needs to be
00:385-1 consensus.
00:40It is not difficult because 5-1 consensus
00:42is to have a ceasefire,
00:46a dialogue between all stakeholders,
00:52and that it is easy to ensure
00:58all resources can come to the CSEC.
01:02The first one is to have a special envoy.
01:06They have a special envoy.
01:08They have a special envoy.
01:10The other one is to have a special envoy.
01:12The other one is to have a 5-1 consensus.
01:16But Myanmar has been to have a 5-1 consensus
01:18to make a 5-1 consensus.
01:20Pilihan raya
01:20Tapi kami menasihati Myanmar
01:23Supaya pilihan raya bukan
01:25Keutamaan untuk masa sekarang
01:27Keutamanya adalah
01:29Berhentikan segala
01:31Orang kata
01:32Keganasan
01:35Keganasan menghentikan segala
01:37Orang kata kekejaman
01:40Menghentikan segala-gala
01:41Supaya semua pihak dapat
01:43Duduk bersama dan
01:45Mereka memerlukan kehidupan yang baik
01:48Dan segala
01:50Bantuan-bantuan antarabangsa dapat
01:51Sampai ke tempat yang
01:53Kita bagi dan
01:55Barulah boleh kita memikirkan supaya
01:57Mereka nak mengadakan pilihan raya
02:00Pilihan raya kalau diadakan
02:02Tanpa
02:03Participation ataupun tanpa disertai
02:06Oleh semua pihak
02:07Pun tak ada gunanya
02:08There's no point to have a partial
02:12Election. Itu tidak
02:13Akan menyelesaikan masalah
02:15Bahkan dia akan menambah buruk
02:17Lagi keadaan
02:18Kerana mereka tak puas hati
02:20Dan ini akan menyebabkan
02:22Keadaan yang Myanmar
02:23Akan menjadi lebih tegang
02:25Dan dia akan menjadi masalah
02:27Kepada kita
02:28Negara-negara ASEAN
02:29Yang berjiran dengan Myanmar
02:30Yang ketika kita berjalan seseorang
02:31In this point
02:32What's your concern
02:32About the election in Myanmar?
02:34Our concern is
02:35Election is not a priority
02:36At the moment
02:37Our priority at the moment
02:39Is to cease fire
02:40To disescalate
02:41And to
02:42Talk to each other
02:43Have a dialogue
02:44With all the factions
02:45With all the stakeholders
02:46And let the humanitarian aid
02:48Reach the
02:50Where we want to
02:53To
02:54to send this humanitarian aid,
02:57unimpeded humanitarian aid.
02:59What is the response to Myanmar
03:03that has been around the ASEAN?
03:05He said that he is working
03:08and he has a nuclear weapon
03:12in the meantime.
03:13What we want to do is
03:16become a nuclear weapon
03:18and is needed.
03:20We need to strengthen the whole of Myanmar
03:24so that all of Myanmar
03:25can continue to survive their life
03:28like the usual.
03:29Is it a priority for Myanmar?
03:32I didn't say that it is a priority.
03:34I said that it is not a priority.
03:37For ASEAN,
03:38for us,
03:39you have to seize fire,
03:40you have to talk to each other
03:41and let the humanitarian aid
03:44reach the place where you want to send.
