We have a 5-4 consensus for you, Dr. Sri.
00:10
Because we know that we have been in the past year
00:12
in 2012 and in 2011.
00:14
So, we have no more 5-4 consensus.

All countries in ASEAN,
00:30
all countries in dialogue partners,
00:32
sectoral dialogue partners,
00:34
say that Myanmar needs to be
00:38
5-1 consensus.
00:40
It is not difficult because 5-1 consensus
00:42
is to have a ceasefire,
00:46
a dialogue between all stakeholders,
00:52
and that it is easy to ensure
00:58
all resources can come to the CSEC.
01:02
The first one is to have a special envoy.
01:06
They have a special envoy.
01:08
They have a special envoy.
01:10
The other one is to have a special envoy.
01:12
The other one is to have a 5-1 consensus.
01:16
But Myanmar has been to have a 5-1 consensus
01:18
to make a 5-1 consensus.
01:20
Pilihan raya
01:20
Tapi kami menasihati Myanmar
01:23
Supaya pilihan raya bukan
01:25
Keutamaan untuk masa sekarang
01:27
Keutamanya adalah
01:29
Berhentikan segala
01:31
Orang kata
01:32
Keganasan
01:35
Keganasan menghentikan segala
01:37
Orang kata kekejaman
01:40
Menghentikan segala-gala
01:41
Supaya semua pihak dapat
01:43
Duduk bersama dan
01:45
Mereka memerlukan kehidupan yang baik
01:48
Dan segala
01:50
Bantuan-bantuan antarabangsa dapat
01:51
Sampai ke tempat yang
01:53
Kita bagi dan
01:55
Barulah boleh kita memikirkan supaya
01:57
Mereka nak mengadakan pilihan raya
02:00
Pilihan raya kalau diadakan
02:02
Tanpa
02:03
Participation ataupun tanpa disertai
02:06
Oleh semua pihak
02:07
Pun tak ada gunanya
02:08
There's no point to have a partial
02:12
Election. Itu tidak
02:13
Akan menyelesaikan masalah
02:15
Bahkan dia akan menambah buruk
02:17
Lagi keadaan
02:18
Kerana mereka tak puas hati
02:20
Dan ini akan menyebabkan
02:22
Keadaan yang Myanmar
02:23
Akan menjadi lebih tegang
02:25
Dan dia akan menjadi masalah
02:27
Kepada kita
02:28
Negara-negara ASEAN
02:29
Yang berjiran dengan Myanmar
02:30
Yang ketika kita berjalan seseorang
02:31
In this point
02:32
What's your concern
02:32
About the election in Myanmar?
02:34
Our concern is
02:35
Election is not a priority
02:36
At the moment
02:37
Our priority at the moment
02:39
Is to cease fire
02:40
To disescalate
02:41
And to
02:42
Talk to each other
02:43
Have a dialogue
02:44
With all the factions
02:45
With all the stakeholders
02:46
And let the humanitarian aid
02:48
Reach the
02:50
Where we want to
02:53
To
02:54
to send this humanitarian aid,
02:57
unimpeded humanitarian aid.
02:59
What is the response to Myanmar
03:03
that has been around the ASEAN?
03:05
He said that he is working
03:08
and he has a nuclear weapon
03:12
in the meantime.
03:13
What we want to do is
03:16
become a nuclear weapon
03:18
and is needed.
03:20
We need to strengthen the whole of Myanmar
03:24
so that all of Myanmar
03:25
can continue to survive their life
03:28
like the usual.
03:29
Is it a priority for Myanmar?
03:32
I didn't say that it is a priority.
03:34
I said that it is not a priority.
03:37
For ASEAN,
03:38
for us,
03:39
you have to seize fire,
03:40
you have to talk to each other
03:41
and let the humanitarian aid
03:44
reach the place where you want to send.
