Malaysia recorded 1,817 new Covid-19 infections and 3,389 recoveries on Sunday (May 22), bringing the total number of active cases in Malaysia to 26,511.
Of the active cases, 95.7% or 25,366 individuals are undergoing home quarantine, while 18 people or 0.1% are being treated at low-risk quarantine and treatment centres (PKRC).
