Azmin Ali wins appeal to throw out voters' suit for alleged deceit

Gombak MP Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali won his appeal in the Court of Appeal on Wednesday to strike out a lawsuit which was filed against him by 10 voters from his constituency for deceit and breach of fiduciary duty through the Sheraton Move that saw the collapse of the Pakatan Harapan government in Feb 2020.
