Today I am sharing a simple and easy recipe of Burnt Chilli Garlic Noodles. It is slight different from regular chow mein as garlic and chillies are used in more amount and it is fried untill golden and crispy which gives a great taste to noodles. Hope u will like my recipe. Ingredients
Noodles - 4 packet Water - 2 liter for Boiling Salt - 1 tbsp Oil - 2 tbsp
Oil - 4 tbsp Garlic - 2 tbsp chopped Ginger - 1 tbsp chopped Dry red chilli - 4 Schezwan sauce - 1 tbsp Chilli flakes - 1 tsp Onion - 1 sliced Capsicum - 1 sliced Cabbage - 1 cup Soy sauce - 1 tbsp Red chilli sauce - 2 tbsp Chinese salt or ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp Salt - to taste Spring onion leaves - 1/2 cup
