Ukadiche Modak Recipe

Ingredients

For dough:
Rice flour - 2 cups
Water - 2 cups
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Milk - 2 tbsp
Ghee/clarified butter - 1 tsp

For Stuffing:
Ghee/clarified butter - 1 tbsp
Fresh coconut - 3 cups (grated)
Jaggery - 1.5 cup
Nuts powder - 3 tbsp
Cardamon powder - 1/2 tsp
