Instant Nariyal Ki barfi recipe in Hindi
Today I am sharing a very quick and easy mithai recipe. We are making delicious coconut barfi which is a South Indian sweet prepare from coconut, milk, sugar and cardamom powder. Hope u will like my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comments.
Ingredient
Dessicated coconut - 3 cups
Sugar - 2 cups
Milk - 1 cup
Milk powder - 1/4 cup
Ghee or clarified butter - 2 tbsp
Yellow food colour/ kesar - 1/4 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Silver paper - for decoration
