Delicious Lauki Halwa Recipe

Today I sharing a simple and delicious recipe of Lauki Halwa (bottle gaurd halwa). It's easy to make using very few ingredients. Hope u will like my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comments.

Ingredients

Bottle guard/lauki - 1.5 kg
Milk - 1 litre
Sugar - 1 cup
Cardamon powder - 1/2 tsp
Green food colour - 1 pinch
Clarified butter/ghee - 4 tbsp
Cashew - 1/4 cup
Almonds - 1/4 cup
Mawa or khoya - 1/2 cup
