Today I am sharing a simple and easy Indo Chinese recipe of Schezwan Prawns. In this marinated prawns are deep fried and than tossed in spicy Schezwan sauce. Hope u will like my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comments.
Ingredients
Marination: Prawns - 250g Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Schezwan sauce - 1 tbsp Red chilli sauce - 1 tbsp Cornflour - 2 tbsp Refined flour - 2 tbsp Oil - for deep frying
Gravy/sauce: Oil - 4 tbsp Garlic paste - 1 tbsp Green chilli paste - 1 tbsp Onion - 1 sliced Capsicum - 1 sliced Schezwan sauce - 3 tbsp Red chilli sauce - 1 tbsp Soy sauce - 1 tbsp Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Water - 1/2 cup Spring onion leaves - 2 tbsp
