Gmail Photos Can Now Be Transfered to Google Photos With Just One Button
  • 3 years ago
Google announced it is adding a new Gmail "Save to Photos" button.
This will allow emailed images to be automatically saved to Google Photos.
It will be located next to the existing "Add to Drive" button.
Initially, the "Save to Photos" button will only work for JPEG files.
The feature will be made available to personal Gmail users, Google Workspace, G Suite Basic and G Suite Business customers over the next couple of weeks.
Google Photos storage options are changing on June 1.
Unlimited "high quality" photo storage will soon be capped at 15GB.
