Ingredients
Thick flattened rice or poha - 1.5 cup Potato - 1 medium sized (boiled and mashed) Green chilli - 4 Garlic cloves - 10 Curry leaves - 10 to 15 Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Peanuts - 1/4 cup roated Coriander seeds - 1 tsp crushed Garam masala - 1 tsp Turmeric - 1/4 tsp Sugar - 1 tsp Salt - as per taste Lemon juice - 1 tbsp Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp Oil - for frying
