Comelec eyes strict cap on poll rally attendees, eating prohibition during 2022 campaign

The Commission on Elections eyes releasing formal guidelines on in-person campaigning before October this year. Proposals being floated so far include a strict cap on the number of campaign sortie participants, and prohibiting people to eat during such gatherings.
