More Than 1 Million Ballots , Have Already Been Cast , in 2020 Election.
1.2 million Americans cast their ballots
for the 2020 presidential election before
the first presidential debate.
Nearly two thirds of those ballots
were cast by voters in contentious states,
including Wisconsin and North Carolina.
The unprecedented number of ballots cast
this far out from the election indicates that
many voters have their minds made up.
More than 30 million ballots
have been requested in 36 states. .
43 million additional ballots have been,
or will be, mailed out automatically. .
Of the states releasing political party data,
Democrats have requested 6.5 million ballots
to Republicans' 3.8 million.
