Cooking Process: Add 4 tbsp cooking oil in a Kadai. Add 2 medium size chopped onion into it & fry until lightly golden. Add 3 tsp ginger-garlic paste & fry 3-4 mins. Add 3 tbsp tomato puree & cook for 3-4 mins on low heat. Add curd mix & cook for 5-7 mins on low heat until oil separates. After adding curd always cook on low heat. Add green-red chilli as per taste.. Add marinated chicken & fry for 5 mins on medium heat. Add water as required. Cover & cook for 10-15 mins. After that add 1/2 cup onion petals & 1/2 cup tomato cubes. Cover & cook for another 5 mins & switch off the flame. Chicken Do Pyaza is ready to serve with Roti/Paratha.
