Egg paratha is very healthy & tasty evening snacks. You can have it with tea or sauce.
Ingredients : Onion-1/2 cup chopped onion Carrot-1/2 cup chopped carrot Capsicum-1/2 cup chopped capsicum Green Chilli-As per taste Coriander-1/4 cup chopped coriander Egg-2 Eggs Cheese Slice-1 All purpose flour-1 cup Salt-As per taste Raw Milk-1/2 Cup Oregano-1/2 tsp Cooking Oil-1 tbsp Cooking Process-Take a bowl & crack 2 eggs. Mix it well. Add chopped onions, carrot,capsicum, green chilli, coriander, all purpose flour, cheese slice, milk,Oregano & salt as per taste. Take 1 tbsp oil in a fry pan & pour the batter into it. Cover the pan with lid & fry for 7 mins on low flame. After 7 mins flip it & fry another 7 mins on low heat. Ater that take it out & serve it with tomato ketchup or mayonnaise.
