Ingredients for Mutton Curry :
For Marination: Marination Time 2-3 Hours/overnight Mutton Curry Cut Pieces With Bones-1 kg Onion Paste-2 Medium Size Ginger Paste-3 tsp Garlic Paste-3 tsp Salt-1 tbsp Turmeric Powder-1 tsp Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp Cumin Powder-1tsp Coriander Powder-1 tsp Garam Masala-1/2 tsp Mustard Oil-2 tbsp Vinegar- 1 tsp For Marination of Potato: Marination Time 5 mins Potatoes-2 Medium Size Potato ( Cut into Half) Salt-1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Whole Spices : Bay leaf- 1 Cinnamon Sticks-2 Green Cardamoms-3
For Cooking : Cooking Oil-2 tbsp Mustard Oil Chopped Onion-1 Small Onion Green Chilli-As per Taste Water-200ml or as required
Cooking Process : Heat Mustard Oil/Refined Oil in a Kadai. Fry marinated potatoes for 5 mins in medium flame until light brown. Keep potatoes aside & in the same oil add bay leaf, cardamom & cinnamon sticks. Add chopped onion & fry in a low-med flame until light brown. Add whole mutton mix into Kadai & fry in medium heat for 10-15 mins. Add 10-12 green chili (as per taste). Pour whole mix & fried potatoes into the pressure cooker. Use 200ml water (or as required). Wait till 6-7 whistles & Mutton Curry is ready to serve with Hot Rice, Roti or Paratha.
