Asean Summit: Obama concerned over South China Sea row

US President Barack Obama held a meeting with Asean leaders in Laos on Thursday, touching on America's commitment to Asia and maintaining stability in view of disputes in the South China Sea. Amid frosty ties between the US and the Philippines, leader Rodrigo Duterte was a no show at the meeting, which was held on the last day of the Asean Summit.
