S. Korea's SMEs see signs of recovery in manufacturing, service

South Korea's small and medium-sized enterprises are seeing some signs of recovery.
According to the Korea Small Business Institute, the manufacturing output for SMEs in June fell four-point-three percent from the same month last year.
It's a smaller contraction compared to May when the sector dipped by 15 percent on-year.
SMEs in the service sector in June fell by one-point-eight percent from a year earlier again smaller than the negative 4-point-3 percent drop in May.
Retail sales by SMEs came to almost 34 billion U.S. dollars, up 5-point-3 percent from the previous year.
