The meeting was attended by government officials and business leaders from 14 big and small firms, including Samsung Electronics and Hyundai Motor.
The participants agreed on the need for technological independence and pledged to work together to come up with a plan to support R&D and establish testbeds through technological exchanges and cooperation.
