Oats unniyappam|no no banana and no maida
Oats Unniyappam

Ingredients:

Semolina 2 cups
Oats 1 cup
Wheat Flour 1 cup
Jaggery 600gm (as per your sweetness)
Water to prepare jaggery syrup 750ml
Baking soda ¼ tsp
Salt pinch of salt
Coconut cut into pieces ½ cup
Badam 10 badam powdered in mixi
Cardamom powder for 5-6 cardamom
Oil for frying
Method:

Mix all dry powder-Semolina,oats,wheat flour, cardamom powder and pinch of salt in jaggery syrup (for jaggery syrup take 750ml of water and into it add jaggery and when it is boiled off the flame and let it cool)if syrup is not sufficient then you can add little normal water into it.
Add little by little jaggery syrup and in a dosa consistency.
Mix well and keep for rest for 2 hrs. After add baking soda, badam powder,and now the consistency should be of idly batter it should not be too loose and not to be too thick.
In a unniyappam pan add oil and when oil is hot pour the batter to the pan when one side is little pink in color flip it and let it cook from both side in medium flame and when it is brown in colour remove it from oil.
