In February, out of 68 countries, 37 saw their exports of goods decline from a year earlier.
Exports declined for major economies such as Germany, the UK, France, Japan and China.
Among those whose exports of goods increased was South Korea, by 3-point-8 percent.
But that was only because there were more working days in the month compared to last February.
