A heart attack might occur due to several reasons. It is such a dangerous life-threatening ailment that can occur at any time. Experts say that there is a Bathroom factor which has to be taken care of. It has been noted that there are several cases of having a heart attack or brain attack while being in the bathroom . The way we take bath like having a shower which suddenly forces water on our head is a wrong way of bathing. This process will not allow the internal temperatures of the human body to get adjusted.

कई बार ऐसे मामले सुनने को मिले हैं क‍ि जिनमें बाथरूम में कार्डिएक अरेस्ट या हार्ट अटैक आने पर व्यक्ति की जान चली गई। लेकिन क्या आप जानते हैं कि बाथरूम में दिल की इन समस्याओं के अचानक होने के पीछे क्या वजह है ? डॉक्टर सलाह देते हैं कि नहाने के दौरान द‍िल के मरीजों को थोड़ा सर्तक रहना चाह‍िए। नहाने के दौरान पानी सीधा सिर पर डालने की बजाय पहले तलवों को पानी में डालें और फिर धीरे-धीरे शॉवर में सिर को पानी के नीचे ले जाएं। ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि सीधे सिर पर यदि ठंडा पानी पड़ता है तो इससे ब्लड सप्लाई पर भी सीधा असर पड़ता है। कई मामलों में यह इतना बिगड़ जाता है कि दिल को धड़कने में मुश्किल आने लगती है जो जानलेवा साबित हो सकती है ।
